WindTerm attaches great importance to your SSH security and privacy, and through the enhanced protection of master password, the security of SSH is further improved. Even if the configuration files of WindTerm is leaked, your username and password will be well protected by the master password and will not be leaked. Even WindTerm cannot decrypt stored information without master password, so please take good care of your master password.

The use of the master password is very simple. After the first setting, you will only be asked when WindTerm need to read encrypted information such as automatic login, and the input will be valid until WindTerm is closed.
